Hi! My name's Frank Jones, and  I'm originally from Ft. Worth, Texas, but grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since 1976 I've lived and worked in the Reno/Tahoe area of Northern Nevada

I began my music studies on piano at age 7 in Fort Worth, but as a teenager in Albuquerque I switched to guitar at age 13. I performed my first professional gig at 17 as second guitar with Freddie King. At 21, I moved to San Diego, and for several years performed with Rock and Country Bands before moving to Reno/Tahoe area to begin my stint as a casino player with various bands and shows.

I started a small digital project recording studio in the 90's as a place to record my original work and do finished recordings for young songwriters. I've also done commercial and soundtrack recording as well.

These days I seem to find myself doing mostly older Blues, Jazz, and Rock covers and am thoroughly enjoying immersing myself in these genres. I don't travel as much anymore, so you'll mostly find me playing in the local clubs in the Reno, Sparks, and Lake Tahoe music scene.
